This allows you to choose how clients select which department to submit their tickets to. There are two options:
Drop Down Selection Box
With this method, clients are presented with a cleaner dropdown box that does not take up much room. The downside is that clients are not forced to consider which department to select, often accepting the 'default' department.
Click-Through Links
This forces the client to consider what department they want to submit their ticket to because they have to click on the department they want. The downside is that it creates an additional step in the ticket submit process.
